Conduct an annual risk assessment of their facilities and keep a written record of the contract. All risks that occur immediately take precautions to avoid them. Use warning signs, notices, tell your computer from all hazards, slippery surfaces, etc. hot water, if you can have a mortgage, you insist on an additional insurance.
